- 02ScopeScope, timelines and payment terms are written in a detailed quote, validated with you before work begins. If your needs go beyond the two fixed offers, we price them separately: online payment, quantity-based stock, client area, internal tool.
- 03BuildWe design your visitor's journey first, then the interface and the administration that carry it. What we announce, we check in the product: every feature described on this site has been reviewed in the code of the project concerned.
- 04DeliverDomain and hosting are included for the first year in both fixed offers. You receive the access and items specified in the quote; the Shop with management includes onboarding.
- 05SupportThe Shop with management includes two weeks of support after delivery. For the rest — changes, maintenance, upgrades — what is included is specified in the quote, and anything else is discussed with you before being done.
