An agency in Diamniadio, three activities, one thread: from the property spotted to the viewing request.

Context
DIAMNOVA GROUP supports individuals and investors in Diamniadio: real estate, insurance and local financial services. One physical agency, several activities, and visitors who each arrive with a different need.
The challenge
Letting properties for sale or rent, insurance and agency services live side by side without drowning the visitor: everyone has to find their way in seconds, then move from discovery to request.
Our contribution
Design, development and launch of the public site, the client area and the administration.

One identity held everywhere
Navy, copper, cream; no rounded corners, no drop shadows. A fine copper line links titles and sections, from the home page to the administration.

Filters in the language of the trade
Transaction, property type, city, price, bedrooms, area: the criteria people really ask about, gathered in a single frame above the results.

Status and price at a glance
Each card announces sale or rental, each listing shows availability and price before any detailed reading.

Controlled location accuracy
A property's coordinates are only exposed if the public view allows it: the accuracy chosen by the agency is respected.

Agency services stated clearly
Wave and Orange Money deposits and withdrawals are done at the agency only; the Services page says so rather than suggesting an online operation.

What the site does, verified in the code
Every feature below was checked in the project before publication.
- Property catalogue
- Filters by transaction, property type, city, price, bedrooms and area.
- Property listing
- Gallery, features, breadcrumb and similar properties.
- Viewings and bookings
- Viewing request; booking held for 7 days, then automatically expired if not confirmed.
- Insurance
- Dedicated page and request passed on to the team.
- Client area
- Viewings, bookings, insurance, documents, favourites, messages, invoices and payments, profile.
- Wave and Orange Money online payment
- Integration done; it is activated according to the agency's merchant setup.
- Team alerts
- Email for each new viewing, booking or insurance request, once the official address is entered.
- Role-based administration
- Properties, viewings, bookings, insurance, billing, settings; eight roles: super administrator, real estate manager, real estate advisor, insurance, services, accounting, editor, read-only.
