Terms of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of digital subscriptions, tech accessories and web development services by Drifty, to any customer placing an order via the site or WhatsApp.
2. Ordering
Any order is placed by selecting the desired items and then confirming the order via WhatsApp. The order is only final once payment is confirmed.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in CFA Francs (FCFA), all taxes included. Accepted payment methods are Wave, Orange Money, Free Money and bank card. Payment is due at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed for development services (deposit + balance).
4. Delivery of subscriptions
Subscription credentials or invites are sent via WhatsApp typically within 2 hours after payment confirmation, unless exceptional unavailability is reported to the customer.
5. Delivery of accessories
Drifty Tech accessories are delivered in Dakar and the regions of Senegal via our delivery partners. The timeframe is communicated to the customer when the order is confirmed.
6. Warranty and after-sales service
In the event of a subscription malfunction not attributable to misuse, Drifty commits to replacing access at no additional cost. Accessories benefit from the applicable manufacturer warranty, claimable through our WhatsApp support.
7. Web development services
Any development service (showcase site, e-commerce, application, ERP) is subject to a detailed quote and prior agreement on scope, timelines and payment terms before work begins.
8. Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are governed by Senegalese law.
