Listen
We start from your business and how it really works: who comes, to do what, on which phone, and what happens after the click. A conversation on WhatsApp or by phone, then a free study of your project, before any commitment.

Scope
Scope, timelines and payment terms are written in a detailed quote, validated with you before work begins. If your needs go beyond the two fixed offers, we price them separately: online payment, quantity-based stock, client area, internal tool.

Build
We design your visitor's journey first, then the interface and the administration that carry it. What we announce, we check in the product: every feature described on this site has been reviewed in the code of the project concerned.

Deliver
Domain and hosting are included for the first year in both fixed offers. You receive the access and items specified in the quote; the Shop with management includes onboarding.

Support
The Shop with management includes two weeks of support after delivery. For the rest — changes, maintenance, upgrades — what is included is specified in the quote, and anything else is discussed with you before being done.
