Context
OHMEGATO makes homemade pastries in Dakar, by batches: customers order before the deadline, Alima prepares according to the orders received, then delivers or hands over the box on the planned day.
The challenge
An artisan patisserie doesn't produce on demand: the site must follow the batch (dates, real stock, closing) and prevent promising what doesn't exist.
Our contribution
Design and development of the customer site, the member area and the Atelier (administration), launch.

The batch as the unit of time
Pre-orders, automatic closing at the deadline (Dakar time), production, deliveries and pickups: each stage is a status visible to the customer and to the Atelier.

Stock in real units
Stock is reserved during payment and released on failure or expiry: nobody orders the last piece twice.

Delivery fees are never collected
They are paid to the courier: online payment covers the products only.

A notebook for custom orders
Eleven questions, one at a time, with a saved draft. A request is never an order: payment only opens after a priced proposal is accepted.

Rules that are readable and accepted
Terms, delivery, cancellation, allergens: versioned in the database, accepted before payment, with proof kept for each order.

What the site does, verified in the code
Every feature below was checked in the project before publication.
- Our batches
- Real status of the batch, four dates, time slots, products and remaining stock.
- The menu
- Product pages with sizes, flavours, allergens and storage.
- My box and batch slip
- Cart, pickup at Sud Foire or delivery within Dakar, acceptance of terms.
- Payment
- Wave via merchant link, checked by hand by OHMEGATO; Orange Money is not connected yet (merchant contract required).
- Confirmation and tracking
- Personal tracking link; printable receipt on the Atelier side.
- Custom orders and events
- Notebook of eleven questions, exchanges, priced proposals.
- The Atelier
- Administration separate from the customer site: batches, products, orders, delivery positions, stock, documents, customers, audit log; two roles, administrator and courier.
