Frequently asked questions
What is the delivery time?
Delivery is possible in Dakar and the regions. In Dakar and its suburbs, 24 to 48 hours is an estimate, to be confirmed depending on availability and address; for the regions, the timeframe depends on the carrier and destination. Costs and timeframe are communicated before final validation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Wave, Orange Money and, for some orders with delivery, cash. An advance payment is verified before confirmation; cash payment, when accepted, is collected at handover. Arrangements are confirmed for each order.
What if the product I received is defective or doesn't match?
Report it within 7 days of receipt, with your order reference and a description (we may ask for photos). After checking, we offer an exchange, a replacement or a refund. The manufacturer warranty is only stated when it is documented on the product page.
