When is my subscription activated?

Once our team has verified your payment, usually within 2 hours during processing hours. This varies with the time of your order and service availability; your access details are sent to you on WhatsApp, and we let you know about any additional delay.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Wave and Orange Money. Cash is reserved for orders with delivery, so it is not offered for a subscription. Payment arrangements are confirmed for each order.

When does my subscription start and end?

Your subscription starts at activation, for the duration of the plan you bought (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). To simplify renewals, Drifty groups expiry dates on the 10th and the 25th: activation from the 1st to the 15th, expiry on the 10th of the end month; from the 16th to the last day of the month, expiry on the 25th. The first period can therefore differ by a few days from a duration counted date to date. Before activation, any date shown is indicative; we communicate your start and end dates at activation. If you renew before expiry, the new period starts after the period already paid and keeps your expiry on the 10th or the 25th.

What if my access has a problem?

Write to us on WhatsApp with your order reference. We assist you, then fix or replace the access at no extra cost when the issue is Drifty's responsibility. Detailed conditions are on the “Return conditions” page.
