Once our team has verified your payment, usually within 2 hours during processing hours. This varies with the time of your order and service availability; your access details are sent to you on WhatsApp, and we let you know about any additional delay.
Wave and Orange Money. Cash is reserved for orders with delivery, so it is not offered for a subscription. Payment arrangements are confirmed for each order.
Write to us on WhatsApp with your order reference. We assist you, then fix or replace the access at no extra cost when the issue is Drifty's responsibility. Detailed conditions are on the “Return conditions” page.
We deliver in Dakar and the regions, according to the arrangements offered for the order. Costs and timeframe (24 to 48 hours estimated in Dakar and its suburbs) are communicated before final validation.
